Jewellery software Morocco

Jewellery and fine jewellery management software in Morocco

LE BIJOUTIER handles what a jewellery shop actually does all day: the weight and fineness of every piece, the gram rate, the till, repairs, gold buyback and invoicing. A platform built in Morocco, for the trade.

50+ jewelry stores run their business on LE BIJOUTIER

What jewellery software has to know how to do

Jewellery software is not a till with jewels added to it. It has to think in unique pieces, in grams and in fineness, follow a rate that moves, keep track of what goes to the workshop and what comes back, and record the gold you buy from your customers.

Here is what LE BIJOUTIER covers, module by module.

Catalogue by weight and fineness

Every piece carries its metal, weight, hallmark, stones, photos and barcode. Categories, sub-categories, collections, brands and cases structure the rest.

Silver and multi-material, in detail

Gram rate

The rate goes up, you enter the new price per gram and your prices follow. The Premium plan lets you adjust only part of the catalogue, by filter.

Till and end of day

Scan the label, take payment in cash, card, transfer, cheque or gold, receipt printed straight away. Deposits and cheques are tracked, and the till closes in the evening.

Repairs and after-sales

The piece taken in, the deposit collected, tracking through to delivery with before and after photos. Nothing is lost between the counter and the bench.

Repair tracking, in detail

Custom orders

An order follows the same thread as a repair: deposit, making, then a delivery turned into a sale. The customer knows where their piece stands.

Gold buyback and material balances

The buyback is recorded with the customer and their ID document, then feeds your material balances. From the gold coming in to the gram going out, the loop is closed.

Several shops and transfers

Each shop has its own stock, its cases and its till. Transfers are confirmed piece by piece, in full, in part, or refused.

Quotes, invoices and purchase orders

Documents numbered automatically, a PDF template you can set per shop, issued documents immutable and archived. Your accountant finds everything.

Labels and inventories

Print the barcode labels for your pieces, then count your stock by scanning. The gap between counted and expected comes out with the list of missing pieces.

Why a general-purpose till is not enough

A general-purpose till knows how to take payment. That is already useful, and that is where the resemblance to a jewellery shop ends.

It thinks in references and quantities: ten of the same item, in stock, at a fixed price. You sell unique pieces whose price depends on a weight, a fineness and a rate that changed this morning. When the gram moves, prices have to be reworked, not recalculated by hand one at a time.

Nor does it know what a piece sent to the workshop is, or a deposit on an order that does not exist yet, or gold bought from a private seller, which obliges you to keep their identity and to be able to prove who looked at it.

That is the difference between a tool that sells and a tool that runs a jewellery shop.

What does jewellery software cost in Morocco?

Three plans, depending on the size of your shop and what you want to steer. 7-day free trial, no commitment, and you can change plan at any time.

Solo

290DH/mo

You run the store alone and want to leave the notebook behind: catalog, sales, customers and labels in one place

Standard

890DH/mo

You have a team and want to steer the business: cash register, inventories, repairs and statistics on top

Premium

1090DH/mo

You run several stores: transfers, full invoicing, CRM and control over every point of sale

From the ledger to a stock that is online

  1. You enter your stock

At your own pace, piece by piece. We show you how and we answer when you get stuck. A data-entry service exists if you would rather hand it over, billed separately.

  2. You print your labels

Every piece gets its barcode label. That is what makes selling and taking inventory fast afterwards.

  3. Your team trains on your own pieces

Your salespeople learn on your catalogue and your real prices, not on demonstration data.

Nothing changes without leaving a trace

In a jewellery shop, the question is not only how much was sold. It is who changed what.

  • A corrected price, a modified quantity, a discount added: you see the value before, the value after, the author and the time.
  • 276 permissions instead of three roles. A salesperson takes payment without seeing your margins, a manager sees only their own shop.
  • Every consultation of the ID document on a buyback is recorded, with the author, the time and the device.
  • Each shop has its own database. Encrypted connections, files encrypted at rest, hourly backups.

Built for Moroccan jewellers

The platform is developed in Morocco, by a team based in Casablanca, with the jewellers who use it every day.

The interface exists in French and in Arabic. Support answers in both languages, including on WhatsApp, which is often the only workable channel in the middle of a sale. Invoicing handles the dirham alongside other currencies, with automatic exchange rates when you sell abroad.

Frequently asked questions about jewellery software

How do I choose software to run a jewellery shop in Morocco?

First check whether the tool speaks the trade: weight and fineness of each piece, gram rate, repairs, deposits on orders, gold buyback, transfers between shops. A general-purpose till can take payment, but it can neither recalculate a price when the rate moves nor follow a unique piece from entering stock to being sold.

Does jewellery software handle gold buyback?

At LE BIJOUTIER, yes, from the Premium plan. The buyback is recorded with the customer and their identity document, then feeds the material balances. Every consultation of the full number or the photo of that document is logged, with the author, the time and the device.

How do I update prices when the gold rate changes?

You enter the new price per gram in the application, from the Standard plan. The Premium plan adds the filtered update, to adjust only part of the catalogue at a time.

What hardware do I need to start?

A computer with a web browser and an internet connection is enough to begin. To get the most out of scanning and labelling, add a barcode scanner and a label printer.

How long does it take to get my stock into the software?

It depends how many pieces you have in the window and in the safe. You record your existing inventory, then print the barcode labels. Our team is with you throughout the setup, and support is included in every plan.

System, application or management software: what is the difference?

None, they are three ways of naming the same thing. LE BIJOUTIER is a web application: it opens in a browser, on a computer, a tablet or a phone, with nothing to install and no updates to manage. Two exceptions, both tied to hardware: a small program installed once on the machine connected to the label printer, and a dedicated Android app for the RFID reader.

Does the application exist in Arabic?

Yes, the interface is available in Arabic as well as French, and support answers in both languages.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. The free trial lasts 7 days, with no commitment and no card. You then choose the plan that suits your shop, and you can change it at any time.

See it on your own pieces

A demo on your catalogue and your prices, not on demonstration data. Half an hour, and you know whether it fits your shop.
